I honor and appreciate that each woman walks her own unique journey. Therefore, the treatment approaches I use are a blend of practices and are unique to each woman based on her specific needs, level of comfort, life circumstances and struggles, and personality.
I believe that the thoughts and the messages we tell ourselves influence our feelings and actions, which in turn can have an impact on our interactions with others and response to life situations. With this in mind, we may spend time together exploring and addressing your internal messages and beliefs. This gentle exploration of one’s thoughts is the foundation of mindfulness and is a central theme of my counseling philosophy.
